At Damon’s CTA, our classes are designed to support growth, safety, and progression at every level — from toddlers taking their first roll to advanced athletes preparing for competitions and college cheer

TUMBLING CLASSES

Ages: 5+ | No experience required
Introduces core cheerleading and tumbling fundamentals. Focus on body positions, back handspring drills, jumps, and motions.

Prerequisite: Round-off back handspring tuck (no spot)
Covers layouts, standing back tucks, and advanced tumbling combos. Prepares athletes for competitive routines.

Prerequisite: Round-off back handspring layout (no spot)
Teaches elite-level skills like whips, fulls, doubles, and front tumbling. Perfect for competition-ready athletes.

TUMBLING CLASSES

Ages: 14 months – 3 years
Fun and active bonding class. Builds early motor skills, balance, and body awareness with obstacle courses and music-based movement.

Ages: 4 – 5 years
Intro to tumbling through fun, structured play. Improves coordination, social skills, and discipline.

Ages: 5+
Focused training on back handsprings through progressive drills. Great for athletes looking to master this critical skill.

Ages: 5+
Our Beginner and Novice Tumbling Classes are designed to help students grow from basic movement to mastering.

These classes are designed for cheerleaders and gymnasts who have already mastered foundational skills and are ready for elite-level training.

ALL-STAR SQUADS

Ages: Kindergarten to college (by tryout)
Performance & competition teams that represent Damon’s CTA. Train in all aspects: tumbling, stunts, jumps, dance, and showmanship. Practices held twice weekly.

The All-Star Dance program at Damon’s CTA is a performance-driven, competitive opportunity for dancers who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Designed for students from Kindergarten through College.

STUNT & PYRAMID CLASSES

Partner Stunt & Pyramid

Ages: High school to college
Focus on collegiate-level stunting (partner & group). Learn from beginner stunts (chairs) to elite skills (cupies, high-torches). Tumbling included.
